If your product is eligible for a refund, You can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee, Payment fee, and Coupon code are not refundable.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (6 working days) and it has undergone quality control (2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Returns Policy

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on our website within 14 days for Zmall items and 7 days for non-Zmall items of the delivery date.
  2. For selected categories, We accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s Bags, Women’s Bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are women’s intimate apparel, men’s innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewelry, watches, duffel bags, shoe care.
  3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. If you place your order, Somehow our product stockout, We will only refund your full product money on Zamve Wallet (only for International). So before placing your order, Please contact our Messenger or WhatsApp live support team to inquire about the product.

Don’t resell or gift our digital product key/code/account as a result of your person facing any other issue with that product. We will not take any responsibility for that.

Game account for another account. Digital products are not returnable. The Account mail and password cannot be changed (You will have access to your account forever if you are eligible for that). You can always play it from your own account/Offline Mode. One Account for a single device. Remember don’t logout of the account you have to purchase the product again. If you cannot access the account you received a new one for free, if you are eligible for that. The warranty gets voided if you change the email address or any other info about our account, And don’t purchase any item with our account.

Digital products are non-returnable. But if the product you bought does not work or our support team has not solved your product issues. You have to apply for a refund within 24 hours after purchasing a product. If you qualify for a refund, We will refund the full product money. Before applying for a refund please contact our customer support if you face any problem with any product. Our support team will help you to resolve issues with the purchased product. Our support team can go as far as checking your device through a remote connection or login info if needed. Our Support team solve your issue within 1- 7 working days.
