Refunds Policy of Zamve

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee, Coupon and, Digital goods product are not refunded. You will only get a refund for your physical product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (6 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Returns Policy of Zamve

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on our website within 14 days for Zmall items and 7 days for non-Zmall items of the delivery date.
  2. For selected categories, We accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s Bags, Women’s Bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are women’s intimate apparel, men’s innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewelry, watches, duffel bags, shoe care.
  3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. Digital products are non-returnable. But if the product you bought does not work as specified in the website listing then you are eligible to apply for a refund. You can apply for a refund within 24 hours after purchasing a product. If you qualify for a refund, we will credit the full amount.

Before applying for a refund please contact our customer support if you face any problem with any product. Our support team will help you to resolve any issue with the purchased product. 1. How to apply for a refund?

Please contact our customer support with your order number through email. Specify the reason for asking for a refund in detail in your request. If necessary, attach screenshots of the issue. 

2. How much time does it take to refund?

We try to make the refund as soon as possible. Usually, it takes 24 hours for Mobile payments and 7-10 days for card payments. 

3. When you are not eligible for a refund?

If the product is not compatible with your computer or mobile then you are not eligible for a refund. We recommend you check the product description and system requirements before purchasing the product.

4. Can I change a product after purchase?

Not all the time you can get an exchange offer. It depends on the availability of packages and products.
